If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may exchange the item for a different size within 14 days of the date of purchase for exchange only (excludes custom orders). Special orders, including Sport Strings with custom logos, cannot be exchanged. All items to be exchanged must be in its original packaging and in perfect, unused, unwashed condition. We reserve the right not to accept a return if the item has been at all damaged or worn. Sorry, shipping costs will not be refunded and returns lost in return shipping will not be refunded.
