Speeches and Seminars
Basketball star Tamir Goodman has emerged as one of the Jewish people’s most dynamic and inspirational voices. His energetic approach and forthright engagement with the challenges of Jewish identity captivate and motivate audiences of all ages and backgrounds throughout Israel, England and North America. Tamir’s speeches incorporate multimedia components that bring his unique journey to life.

- Speeches for youth: As a role model to Jewish youth world wide, Tamir has addressed and coached over 25,000 Jewish kids from all backgrounds and affiliations. Tamir uses his life experiences to inspire kids to use their own unique talents, reach their potential, and aspire for greatness in their lives. Tamir speaks about the challenges he faced as a top high school and college player and candidly addresses issues relating to Jewish identity, anti-Semitism, and staying true to one’s beliefs under challenging circumstances.
- Coaching Seminars: Using his revolutionary Coaching DVD, Tamir instructs coaches on how to run effective practices and drills, and on ways to incorporate Jewish values into everyday coaching scenarios to help individual athletes and teams reach their potential.
Clinics
Tamir offers a wide array of basketball clinics that can be customized for participants of all ages and levels. Some examples of clinics options include:
- Basketball Fundamentals: Begin to master the basics–passing, dribbling, shooting
- Advanced Clinics for the Serious Player: These clinics put participants through a rigorous workout and emphasize technique (basketball skills, strength, speed and agility) to help athletes take their game to the next level.
- Family Basketball Clinics: Fun clinics that prove that playing sports as a family is a great bonding experience as well as a healthy and enjoyable activity.
- Clinics for Children with Special Needs: These clinics provide special needs children with fun exercise and a chance to build large and small motor skills strength, while also boosting confidence in a positive atmosphere.
Camps
Tamir is available to appear at camps, schools, universities, JCC’s, community events, synagogues, and hotels to teach basketball in day-long or extended basketball camps. Tamir participated and worked in some of the most prestigious basketball camps such as Nike NBA Camp, ABCD Adidas Camp, and Five Star International Basketball Camp, and has extensive experience organizing and running his own basketball camps where he teaches both fundamental and advanced basketball skills in an atmosphere that stresses teamwork, respect, and hard work. Tamir also runs basketball camps throughout the year with Israeli NBA Star Omri Casspi.
